Public Relations
The Government of Belize hired my services back in 2002 as the Coordinator of the Government Information Office. During this time I coordinated the coverage of the Taiwanese Presidential visit and hosted the press conference.
Project Management
As a broadcaster I created & hosted developmental projects such as:
- Fun In The Sun, focusing on environmental protection;
- Village Life, focusing on communities, their history and development;
- C.V.S.S. (Council of Voluntary Social Services), Annual Radio-thon, raising funds for their charitable organization.
Event Planning and Coordination
Defined concepts and established clear goals on each project and designed a road map to achieving these goals at the Broadcasting Corporation of Belize, R.S.V Media Ltd. and Youth for the Future.
Produced project proposals, identified funding, established monitoring and evaluation systems, and facilitated implementation.
Established and hosted major public functions designed to inform and educate the Belizean people. Established the first live interactive broadcast between Belizeans in Los Angeles and Belize.
